Here’s how our Curbside Concierge service works:

• When you arrive at our clinic, pull up to the designated curbside or parking space.
• Remain comfortable in your car and give us a quick call to let us know you’ve arrived.
• One of our dedicated team members will come to your vehicle and retrieve your pet.
• While your pet is receiving the necessary care, feel free to relax in your car while you wait, or if you prefer, you may leave and return at a designated time for pick-up.
• Once your pet’s appointment is complete, a member of our staff will provide you with a detailed assessment and discuss any recommended treatment or care instructions.
• We will then return your pet to your car along with any prescribed treatments, food, or supplies your pet may need.
